​We'll kick off with a 5km social run through Shoreditch at a relaxed 6 min/km pace. Not a runner? Zeroooo pressure. Stay back at the Unbound clubhouse, grab a drink from our sponsors, and we'll meet you there.

​Once we're back and the endorphins are flowing, we get into the real stuff:

​ivee: Amelia Miller (Cambridge Fellow, Forbed 30U30) will talk about all things AI upskilling: what tools are teams actually using right now? What should remain human?

​Hardest Adventures will talk about how to keep your team sane as the AI tidal wave hits. They were founded by Russ Cook - aka the Hardest Geezer, the man who ran the entire length of Africa - and they bring that same relentless spirit to corporate wellbeing.
