

Breathwork Session for Calm & Clarity
Want to get more energy? Then this class is for you.
This session blends breathwork and gentle movement to help you release tension, unwind and release stress from your body.
It was developed for people with a lot of stress and tension in their bodies. The exercises are easy to follow and you don't need any prior knowledge.
This class is ideal if you:
If the year just started and you are already caught up in Stress
Feel chronically tense, wired, or “on edge”
Find it difficult to meditate or sit still, but still want to calm down.
What to expect
A short activation sequence to shake off stress
Coherent, calming breathwork combined with gentle Qigong-style movements
A soothing body scan at the end to help your whole system settle
No experience needed. Just wear comfortable clothes and, if you like, bring blanket for the relaxation at the end.
You can practice while sitting. No need for laying down or standing up.

Please arrive on time to settle in. Class starts 5 min past.
About Julia
Julia is a Coach and Facilitator as well as a mindfulness and breathwork teacher with a background in yoga and trauma-sensitive techniques. After experiencing burnout, she now teaches gentle, evidence-informed practices that support nervous system regulation and deep rest.
Important note: This is not suitable if you have uncontrolled hypertension, seizure disorders, pregnancy, recent surgery, aneurysm, hernia, or bipolar disorder.
