Japan Innovation Connectは、LiSH@高輪ゲートウェイシティ（JR東日本）とTechShake Pte. Ltd.の共催により開催されます。
東南アジア（ASEAN10カ国）の人口は約7億人に達し、世界人口の約8.5％を占めています。平均年齢は30歳前後と若く、これまでの「豊富な労働力の供給地」としての役割に加え、「急速に成長する新たな市場」として、世界から注目を集めています。
一方で、ASEAN市場に対する理解は、日系企業・スタートアップの間でもまだ十分に浸透しているとは言えず、「市場調査や事業検討をどこから始めればよいのか分からない」といった声も多く聞かれます。こうした状況を踏まえ、本イベントでは、現地のエコシステムリーダー、および、実際に進出をしている日系スタートアップを招待し、ASEAN市場への理解を深める機会を提供することを目的として開催する運びとなりました。
