📣Event Overview & Objectives
Southeast Asia Capital Access Program is a JETRO program designed to support Japan-based startups in raising funds from leading investors in SEA regiona operated by Japan Southeast Asia Innovation Platform (JSIP).
☑️About the Event
Five startups—selected from the semi-final round in Okinawa and aiming to expand into Southeast Asia—will take the stage to pitch.
Investors are also warmly welcomed to an exclusive exhibition hosted on the same day where all the semi-finalists who narrowly missed advancing to the final round and the finalists will showcase their products.
Last year's judges included Vertex Ventures SEA&I, Openspace Ventures, Gobi Partners and Pine Venture Partners and we are again inviting esteemed venture capitalists from the region's leading VCs.
This event will be the highest-caliber English pitch event for Japanese startups and will serve as an excellent opportunity to connect with top tier investors.

Applications will be reviewed and approved within 24 hours after submission.
Please note that the event will be conducted entirely in English.
Registration closes at 9:00 AM on December 11 (the day before the event).

Recustomer Inc.: A post-purchase platform boosting e-commerce by unifying payment, tracking, returns and cancellations in one seamless experience.
Thermalytica Inc.: A deep-tech startup developing nano-scale insulation materials (TIISA®) that dramatically improve thermal performance for energy, aerospace, and industrial applications.

Algal Bio: Developing sustainable biomaterials from microalgae as a University of Tokyo spin-off venture. Collaborating with major manufacturers across food, cosmetics, and pharma as a next-generation ESG-aligned biotech firm.
BuddyCloud: Provides pet health management services, including digital health tracking and at-home urine test kits to support preventive care.
Kotozna: Kotozna empowers SMEs with a generative AI platform for seamless multilingual communication and smart customer interaction.
ONIGO: Delivers supermarket goods at supermarket prices, making everyday shopping more convenient.
Samaria: Operates “JAPANMEDIA,” a global manga distribution platform, and develops a self-publishing system for creators.
ShareDine: Operates multiple culinary platforms including CHEFLINK Global which empowers global restaurants by matching them with experienced Japanese chefs, driving culinary innovation and cross-border expansion.
WHERE: A JAXA powered proptech SaaS leveraging satellite data to streamline real estate development from site selection to customer engagement.
