🎤 Carl Lundberg is CEO of Gerald Edelman and Founder of the ETA Awards, the only awards ceremony in Europe dedicated to Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition. A thought leader, adviser and investor in the search fund community, Carl has guided entrepreneurs and business leaders at every stage, from startups to large corporations.
At Gerald Edelman, he regularly advises on acquisitions and fundraisings, with a particular focus on ETA. A specialist in financial due diligence, valuations and transactions, Carl has worked closely with hundreds of searchers and entrepreneurs to foster and promote their success.
🎤 Vitten Varma is a Partner at FORTI Search Fund Partners, an investment fund backing search fund entrepreneurs across Europe and internationally. Before becoming an investor, Vitten spent three years running a partnered search in the UK from 2020 to 2023, a journey marked by near misses, hard decisions and lessons best learned firsthand. He later founded FORTI alongside two of his former investors, bringing that searcher perspective into how the firm supports entrepreneurs today. Vitten is a mechanical engineer by training, has worked across operations, business development, M&A and equity research, and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
