Heal & Lead Circles | Steady in the Storm: Preventing Spiral, Sustaining Strength
What if resilience wasn’t about bracing against the storm, but about staying steady within it? What if wellness was sustained through prevention, not recovery alone?
Join us in our Heal & Lead Circle for The Liberated Leader to explore how to recognize early indicators of difficulty and prevent spiraling. Together, we’ll reflect on the practices and supports that sustain us, and how cultivating steadiness allows us to lead with clarity and strength. We’ll reimagine resilience as proactive, relational, and rooted in wellness that honors capacity.
This is a free online community event! If you feel moved, we invite you to make an optional donation to SeekHer Foundation. Your kindness will help support our non-profit initiatives to bridge the gender gap of mental health and power more women for the greater good.

About This Event
Empowering women from different walks of life, Heal & Lead Circles are themed monthly guided experiences led by SeekHer Foundation. Through these circles, women heal, thrive, and develop leadership skills by building confidence and finding their voice. Together, we explore tools and practices that support women as they navigate specific roles, lived experiences and aspirations.
The Liberated Leader: A self-aware, authentic individual who breaks free from societal expectations to embrace her true power. She takes up space unapologetically, challenging the status quo of what the world has told her to be while inspiring others to do the same. Leading with integrity, she prioritizes inner strength, cultivating a life of freedom and impact. She honors her unique journey, releasing the patterns that no longer serve her.
All women, femme‑identifying folks, and allies are welcome here.
