Who's Pitching

Deciduous Therapeutics (https://www.deciduoustx.com/)

Deciduous Therapeutics is developing a novel immunotherapy designed to reverse established fibrosis by targeting a key driver of disease: a persistent, dysregulated immune response. Its lead clinical candidate, DCD-80, reprograms the immune system toward an anti-fibrotic state, attenuating established fibrosis and promoting the clearance of pathogenic senescent cells. DCD-80 has demonstrated compelling activity in gold-standard preclinical models and human ex vivo lung and endometrial tissue samples.

MelliCell (https://mellicell.com/)

MelliCell is developing an oral pill for autism and obesity by targeting a shared genetic switch at the root of multiple brain and metabolic diseases. Using an exclusive discovery engine, MelliCell discovered that this switch reverses obesity without muscle and bone loss similar to a keto diet. It also rescues intellectual disability and autism and controls genes like amyloid precursor that leads to early-onset Alzheimer's when elevated.

Biochange (https://biochange.life/)

BioChange is developing a new approach to regenerative medicine aimed at reawakening the body’s own ability to rebuild damaged and aging tissues. Its CellFoam™ platform recreates key features of the embryonic extracellular environment, providing a temporary 3D matrix that enables endogenous cells to communicate, organize and regenerate tissue—without adding stem cells or exogenous growth factors. The technology is already commercial in veterinary medicine, with tens of thousands of units used, and BioChange is now advancing human programs in periodontal and bone regeneration, skin, soft tissue and nerve repair. The company’s long-term vision is to transform medicine from managing tissue damage to enabling the body to regenerate it.

Maxwell Biosciences (https://maxwellbiosciences.com/)

Maxwell’s Claromers® are designed to mimic a fundamental mechanism of youthful innate immunity, reproducing the broad, protective functions of the human antimicrobial peptide LL-37 against bacterial, fungal and viral pathogens while supporting inflammatory control and tissue repair. Claromers are designed to restore the body's natural defenses so it can protect, repair and stay resilient the way it did when it was young. Claromers are not peptides. They are peptoids (small-molecule mimics of peptides) that are more stable, microbiome-safe and do not require refrigeration. Maxwell has completed a successful nonhuman primate study, and human trials are anticipated in 2027.

Rejuvenation Technologies (https://rejuvenationtech.com/)

Telomeres are protective DNA sequences at the ends of chromosomes that shorten with each cell division. When telomeres become critically short, cells stop dividing or die. Since cell division is essential for human life, short telomeres drive aging and disease by preventing stem cells from dividing to repair and regenerate damage from daily wear-and-tear, injury, and disease. Our breakthrough technology can safely lengthen telomeres in specific cells, potentially reversing cellular aging and preventing or treating diseases and conditions caused by short telomeres.

Tolerance Bio (https://www.tolerancebio.com/)

Tolerance Bio is the most clinically advanced longevity biotech company focused on the thymus. The thymus is the immune organ that trains T cells, and it plays a central role in healthspan. The thymus shrinks with age and under inflammatory stress. That decline raises vulnerability to infection, cancer and autoimmunity, and it weakens vaccine responses. Tolerance Bio aims to preserve, regenerate and modulate thymic function. The company is developing two phase 2 assets for thymus preservation and regeneration (anti-IL-33 and long-acting IL-7) in addition to iPSC and mRNA pre-clinical platforms to rebuild and modulate the thymus.
