Following our pilot gathering in August, we are back for the second edition of the Porto Defence Meetup, co-organised by DroneAid Porto and Any Key Studio.

The focus remains unchanged: bringing together people building, researching, investing in, or deploying defence and dual-use technologies, aerospace, drones, resilience, and security.

No pitches.
No stage presentations.
No panels.

Just focused, informal conversations, cross-discipline networking, and a shared space to exchange technical ideas over drinks and food.

Who should join?

Founders building defence & dual-use hardware or software
Engineers, roboticists, and aerospace specialists
Drone system developers and autonomous systems operators
Researchers, university labs, and academics
Angels, VCs, and grant advisors focused on deep tech and national resilience
Public-sector stakeholders, active military, and veterans
Students eager to break into the ecosystem
