The Strength Lab is an experience for women who want to understand strength training and actually do it — without feeling lost, intimidated, or shy.

You keep hearing “you should lift” but don’t know where to start
You wonder if Pilates is “enough”
You’re scared lifting will make you bulky
You have no idea how much protein you actually need
You want to walk into the gym feeling like you belong there
We’re breaking down what strength training really does for women, how to start without overcomplicating it, and how to build a routine that fits into real life.
This is education + execution + confidence. This is a small group workout (10 spaces max) so you will get a lot of individual feedback and attention that you need to master the movement patterns.

60-minute guided full-body strength workout
A workout plan you can use later
Judgement-free space
You’ll leave knowing how to move, what to train, and how to walk into the gym without pretending you know what you’re doing.
