Tickets are eligible for a full refund if cancelled 

 (excluding any booking fees, if applicable).

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds within 7 days of the event due to venue, catering and event commitments. However, tickets 

 to another person if you are unable to attend. Simply let us know the new attendee's name prior to the event.
