活动前
开发精英意向调查
活动前2-3天，开发精英给1-3个感兴趣点子打上“心仪”标记，并将名单返回给点子王。这能帮助点子王在现场了解哪些开发者对自己感兴趣，降低盲选风险。
点子王宣讲与组队准备
提前2-3天，系统随机给出点子王宣讲顺序（可自由调换）。
鼓励点子王提前想好组队名称。
Cursor Credits 发放
提前1天，我们会发放充足Cursor Credits，来确保比赛期间对 Cursor 的使用。

13:00 - 13:25 | 签到
13:25 - 13:30 | 开场
13:30 - 14:15 | 灵感交易所 I：点子王宣讲与速配
点子王宣讲：按预设顺序，10位“点子王”依次上台，2分钟展示核心创意。
开发精英回应：每位点子王宣讲后，提前标记“心仪”的开发精英起身。
优势陈述：起身的每一位开发精英，有20-30秒时间向点子王展示技术优势和合作意向。
完成组队：“点子王”反向选择最心仪的开发精英完成组队。
注：已确认的独行侠直接进入 Coding 阶段。
14:15 - 14:30 | 灵感交易所 II：自由组队与独行侠就位
自由组队：未成功组队的点子王与开发精英进入自由组队区，有10-15分钟时间进行自由交流，寻找新的合作可能。
角色转换：如果最终未能成功组队，我们会告知现场剩余独行侠名额（1-3个名额），可转为独行侠（如果名额允许），也可以观察团/观众身份参与后续活动。
14:30 - 17:30 | Vibe Coding：高效编码时间
项目开发：成功组队的队伍在桌牌上写下队伍名称，全力投入项目开发。
Demo展示准备：参赛者需在此期间准备好展示Demo，确保展示清晰。
观察团：2-3位观察团成员将在现场进行“随机交流”，确保所有作品都在现场完成，保证活动公平。
小型 Cursor 研讨会：在 Hacker 们编码期间，观众们将受邀参加一场关于 Cursor 的主题分享与分组讨论会。
如果您有使用心得或有趣的故事，欢迎报名进行 5-10 分钟的闪电分享。
您也可以作为主题讨论的组织者，与志同道合的朋友们进行一场深度交流。
17:30 - 19:00 | Demo 展示与评选
Demo 顺序：系统提前30分钟随机生成团队/个人的展示顺序，并生成网页，便于观众记住项目信息。
项目展示：所有队伍/个人有5分钟时间完整呈现项目。
项目评选：观众进入在线投票系统进行评选。
3 张选票：每位观众有3张选票，分别投给以下维度中最好的项目：技术与完成度、创意与新颖性、产品与展示。
加权投票：观众根据自身专业背景，选择一个加权领域（权重系数为2），其他维度权重系数为0.5。最终排名根据所有投票的加权总分得出。
19:00 - 19:15 | 奖项公布与获奖感言
核心奖项：
The Alpha Hacker：价值$400的Cursor Credits + Cursor官方T恤 + 1套Cursor周边贴纸。
The Beta Hacker：价值$250的Cursor Credits + 1套Cursor周边贴纸。
The Gamma Hacker：价值$150的Cursor Credits + 1套Cursor周边贴纸。
特别奖项（不与核心奖项重叠）：
Best Idea Award：价值$100的Cursor Credits。
Best Technical Implementation Award：价值$100的Cursor Credits。

开发精英 (Dev Elite)： 你拥有将任何概念转化为代码的超凡能力，正渴望一个能点燃你激情的绝佳创意。
在这里，10位“点子王”将现场“发榜”，10支顶尖开发力量将“揭榜”组队。告别漫长的组队磨合，让灵感与代码直接碰撞，用一个下午的时间，共同见证从0到1的奇迹。
如果你是 “独行侠”（筛选出5-8支），拥有完整的创意并能独立开发，我们也热烈欢迎！你可以选择不参与现场组队环节，直接进入开发阶段，用 Cursor 的力量，在同一个下午让你的个人项目作品耀眼全场。
最重要的是：让你的创意，真正成为一个项目或产品！

点子王时刻： 10位“点子王”轮流上台，宣讲自己的绝妙点子。
开发者的选择： 宣讲后，对该点子有兴趣的“开发精英”起立示意。
最终的握手： 点子王从所有起立的开发者中，反向选择自己心仪的合作伙伴，十支队伍正式诞生！
14:30 - 17:30 - Vibe Coding：限时开发： 十支队伍（以及独立或自行组队的 Hacker 们）火力全开，享受我们为你准备的沉浸式编码时光。
17:30 - 19:00 - Demo Day：展示与对决： 激动人心的成果展示与分享，由观众投票决出全场最佳！

Cursor Hackathon Beijing: The Idea Exchange – Where "Idea Kings" Meet "Dev Elites"
Want to turn your brilliant idea into reality in just one afternoon this summer (2025)? At Cursor Hackathon Beijing, we're completely changing the traditional hackathon model!
What Kind of Hackathon Will This Be?
This is a live exchange crafted for pure creativity and excellent technical skill! We truly believe the greatest projects come from a sparkling idea and the code that brings it to life. That's why we invite two types of hackers to this special event:
Idea King: Your mind is full of world-changing ideas, but you just need a tech partner to make them real.
Dev Elite: You have an amazing ability to turn any concept into code, and you're looking for a great idea to light your passion.
Here, 10 "Idea Kings" will pitch their ideas live, and 10 top development forces will "take the challenge" and form teams. Say goodbye to long team-building! Let ideas and code meet directly. In one afternoon, you'll see the magic of going from 0 to 1.
If you're a "lone wolf" with your own full idea and can build it alone, we warmly welcome you! You can choose not to join the live team-forming. Instead, go straight into building your project. Use Cursor's power to make your personal project shine that same afternoon.(we will select 5-8 participants.)"

Event Schedule
August 30th, 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM
1:00 PM - 1:30 PM - Check-in: Hackers arrive and get ready for the idea storm.
1:30 PM - 2:30 PM - The Idea Exchange: Pitches & Team Up
Idea King Time: 10 "Idea Kings" will take turns pitching their great ideas.
Developer's Choice: After a pitch, "Dev Elites" interested in the idea will stand up.
The Final Handshake: The Idea King will then pick their preferred partners from those standing. Ten teams will be officially formed!
2:30 PM - 5:30 PM - Vibe Coding: Build Fast! Ten teams (plus solo hackers or self-formed teams) will code with full power. Enjoy the deep coding time we've set up for you.
5:30 PM - 7:00 PM - Demo Day: Show & Compete! Exciting project shows and sharing. The audience will vote for the best project!
