About Prasad Rao
Prasad Rao is a seasoned entrepreneur and the Chairman & CEO of PrideVel Group, with a career spanning multiple decades and four IT services companies operating across the US, Europe, and India. He has led two companies through successful IPOs in India, secured venture funding rounds in the US, and steered a strategic acquisition exit. His leadership at CyberTech earned the company top rankings on the Inc. 500 list — 5th and 7th in back-to-back years — and he was recognized by Ernst & Young as IT Services Entrepreneur of the Year for Illinois/Northwest Indiana.
