​Her Growth Engine is a new Barcelona community for women who use AI to grow — their business, their income, their career. Founders, consultants, women leading marketing, sales and growth. Different paths, same intent: you're not here to watch — you're here because you've got something to share and something to learn.

​No panels, no pitches, no keynote. Each of you brings one real question you're working through — and answers others' from your own experience. You give, you get, you swap. By the end you've compared notes with women who actually do this, not just talk about it.
