Join us for a special edition of Deep Dance, where we're turning up the sparkle, the self-love, and the volume for an evening dedicated to discovering the treasure within.
YOU'RE A GEM is an invitation to celebrate every facet of who you are. The polished, the imperfect, the radiant, the raw. Because the magic isn't in becoming someone else. It's in recognizing the absolute treasure you've been all along.
Deep Dance creates sober, wellness-oriented dance experiences exclusively for women and femmes. We believe that when women are given the space to feel safe, seen, and free from the pressures of the outside world, something extraordinary happens. We soften. We open. We remember ourselves.
Through intentional connection, meditation, breathwork, and the undeniable medicine of MUSIC and MOVEMENT, we invite you out of your head and back into your body, heart, and soul.
And this time? We're bringing the NOSTALGIA.
Expect high-energy pop anthems, empowering crowd-pleasers, and iconic throwbacks from the '80s, '90s, and beyond. The kind of music that makes you forget anyone is watching, sing at the top of your lungs, and dance like the absolute gem you are.
No alcohol. No performing. Just a room full of women, a ridiculously good soundtrack, and the freedom to be ALL of yourself.

7:00 PM — Arrival & Mocktails
Mingle, connect, and settle into the space. Your first delicious mocktail is on us!
8:00 PM — Soul's Voice Meditation & Light Breathwork
A guided journey inward to connect with your heart, set your intention, and prepare your body for movement.
8:30 PM — THE DANCE JOURNEY
Let loose, get sweaty, sing your heart out, and surrender to the music.
11:00 PM — Closing
We gather to close the evening and carry a little of that magic home.
THE SPARKLY DETAILS 💎
WHEN: Saturday, November 21, 2026 | 7–11 PM
WHERE: Holistic Hub at The Cotton Factory (2nd Floor), Hamilton, Ontario
DRESS CODE: All that sparkles, glitters, and shines! Sequins, metallics, jewels, shimmer — interpret the theme however your gorgeous heart desires.
PLEASE NOTE: Shoes are not permitted on the dance floor, so come prepared to dance barefoot or in socks.
DOORS CLOSE AT 8 PM SHARP. Please arrive before 8 PM to allow yourself time to settle in before our opening meditation.
This is a sober, femme-only experience. No alcohol will be served or permitted.
You don't need to know how to dance. You don't need to look a certain way. And you certainly don't need to have it all figured out.
You just need to show up as you are.
