Steadying the Heart, A Day of Practice
In the midst of busy, complex lives, many of us find ourselves longing for a sense of steadiness, a place inside where we can pause, breathe, and meet our experience with a little more ease. This Day of Mindfulness offers a gentle opportunity to do just that: to steady the heart and reconnect with a quality of presence that is already available to us.
Through guided mindfulness practices, periods of stillness, mindful movement, and walking meditation, we will explore what it means to live with greater presence and care. Rather than striving to change our experience, the day invites us to turn toward it; cultivating attention, kindness, and a more settled relationship with whatever is here.
This is not a day of productivity or self-improvement. It is an invitation to slow down, to rest the nervous system, and to allow the heart and mind to find their own natural balance. From this steadiness, clarity and compassion can gently emerge.
This online Day of Mindfulness takes place on Saturday 14th February 2026, from 10:00am to 3:00pm.
It offers a supportive, spacious environment in which to practise, rest, and reconnect, whether you are new to mindfulness or returning again to the simplicity of being present.
