In this hands-on LEGO® Serious Play® workshop, you’ll explore your personal definition of success in a creative, judgment-free space. Through guided building exercises, you’ll uncover what truly drives you, what success feels like (not just what it looks like), and how to align your next steps with what really matters.

No prior LEGO® experience needed. Just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to see success through a new lens.

LEGO® Serious Play® is a facilitated thinking, communication, and problem-solving method based on research in neuroscience, systems thinking, and learning through play. It’s not about building the “right” thing — it’s about using your hands to give shape to ideas, feelings, and insights you might not even know you had. Every participant builds. Everyone shares. And most importantly — everyone is heard.
