About Event
2B STRONG is a ladies-only strength workshop that gives you the knowledge and confidence to train independently on the gym floor. Each session breaks down key barbell lifts and movements so you understand what you’re doing and why – not just following a workout. In a supportive, small-group setting, you’ll learn, lift, and leave feeling stronger, more capable, and confident to tackle the gym on your own.
Week 2: Hinge (Deadlift) + Loading the Bar This week is all about mastering the hip hinge and deadlift. Learn how to safely load and lift the barbell while strengthening your posterior chain. By the end of the session, you’ll feel confident handling heavier weights with control and proper form.
