About the Speaker
Saime Kütüklü - Saime is Director of Total Rewards at Delivery Hero SE, where she is responsible for compensation and benefits programmes in Germany and the EU Pay Transparency project across multiple European brands of DH. With 10+ years in total rewards, she is known for turning complex compensation design into clear, actionable strategy for HR leaders and employees alike.
Rachel Wright - Rachel connects people - whether by helping HR teams connect with their organizations or by bringing 750+ HR professionals together in Berlin around shared challenges. She combines over 10 years of communications experience with deep HR expertise honed at fast-growing companies like Zalando and Flix. An entrepreneur at heart, she also founded and bootstrapped her own events agency, building a client roster that included Wayfair, Lingoda, Moss, and Remerge. Today she consults HR teams on internal communications projects and runs a newsletter keeping the HR community connected to what matters.
Andreea Lungulescu - Andreea founded The Principal Recruiter after 16+ years shaping specialist talent strategies. Awarded twice for Global TA Innovation, she led global TA programmes at Zalando and Wayfair, including building Wayfair's Tech Hub in India from scratch.
She also built Talent Crunch Berlin, a DACH community now with over 6,500 members and 48 events, from scratch. She writes, coaches, speaks at conferences, and appears on podcasts about efficient and future-proof hiring and career development.
Outside work she enjoys architecture, cars, dancing, and acrylic painting.
Tara Sousa - Tara is an HR Business Partner with 13 years of experience across Latin America and Europe, working at the leadership level in tech, fintech, and FMCG environments, including N26, Zalando, and Danone. She has led large-scale transformations, including reorganisations affecting 1,000+ employees and regional restructurings delivering significant cost efficiencies, across multiple countries and legal frameworks.
She works closest to the decisions that shape organisations: workforce planning, compensation, talent trade-offs, and how leadership teams are built and held accountable through change. She is known for reading what a business actually needs and moving leaders from a problem to a decision.
In her free time, she enjoys yoga, cooking, and exploring Berlin one coffee shop at a time.
