Wildfire Risk & Mitigation Workshop

​Join us for the second session of our wildfire workshop series, featuring the Resource Conservation District (RCD) of Greater San Diego County. This presentation complements our morning's wildfire science session by providing actionable resources and programs.

​The RCD is a valuable community partner, offering programs focused on wildfire mitigation, including free home assessments. Their session will be led by Cotality’s Hazard Science & Analytics Team and will cover a variety of critical topics:

• ​Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) risk modeling

• ​Geospatial analytics

• ​Vegetation management

• ​Firesafe Community resources and support for creating Community Wildfire Protection Plans (CWPPs).

​The workshop will conclude with a Q&A session, giving you the chance to ask questions directly to the experts. Don't miss this opportunity to learn how to better protect your home and community from wildfire risk!
