The Trust Gap: An Evening of Conversation and Community
Presented in partnership with Call for Culture
Trust comes easily in some relationships and takes far more intention in others, especially when difference may loom between: in identity, experience, perspective, and expectation. Join author Alexandra Prassas, PhD, and Angela Howard, Founder of Call for Culture, to celebrate the launch of The Trust Gap: Building Trust Across Difference When the Old Playbook Doesn’t Work. Together, we’ll talk about what it takes to build and repair trust with people whose lives look different from our own.
The book grows out of Alix’s doctoral research with a diverse group of senior leaders and twenty years in People & Culture, including Global DEI leadership. The evidence comes from the workplace. The questions belong to all of us, at work, in our neighborhoods, and in the communities we share.
This is a conversation between two practitioners who have spent their careers in this work, with room for your voice too. Expect candid dialogue, a short reflection you’ll do in the room, time for questions, and an evening with people who care about the same things you do.
