Speaker Series: From Intention to Impact - Listening to Hawaiian Voices in Tech Panel

​Sharing insights from Hawaiians working in tech—especially those in the diaspora—about what they want non-Hawaiians in Hawaiʻi’s tech space to understand. The session would blend personal reflection with community-informed perspectives, depending on the insights I’m able to gather in the meantime through short surveys or interviews. The goal isn’t to provide answers, but to open space for listening, reflection, and more intentional contribution so that alumni participants can leave feeling more tuned in to their role and kuleana as someone breaking into the Hawai'i tech space.
