FuseLab Lightning Workshop #3
Map It Before You Automate It
You Have the AI Skill. Do You Have an AI-Ready Process?
Most teams treat AI adoption like a plug-in — pick the tool, point it at the workflow, and hope the mess underneath sorts itself out.
This hands-on session flips that. Before you touch a tool, you learn to see the process clearly, using a real, broken workflow from your own team as the example.
You'll leave knowing how to:
• Map a process end-to-end — every handoff, decision point, failure cluster
• Score it against the five conditions that decide AI-readiness: documented, measured, owned, stable, improvable
• Tell what's ready to automate from what needs fixing first
• Get a live read on your own team's process (bring one with known friction)
Who it's for
Team leads, ops managers, anyone about to sponsor or scope an AI initiative. No coding needed.
Tools required
A real process with known friction, plus a notebook or laptop.
Your entry price includes RM25 meal/drink (no pork, no lard)
