Stamp Making and Linocuts with Your Friendly Neighborhood Mailperson
Adults (18+) | All Materials Provided | No experience needed
Instructor: Greg Labold
Discover the art of printmaking in this hands-on workshop! Students will learn the fundamentals of designing, carving, and printing their own custom stamps using linoleum blocks. We’ll cover carving techniques, safe tool use, and tips for great designs. Once carved, you’ll explore how to ink and print your blocks onto paper, experimenting with composition and repetition. By the end of class, you’ll take home your carved lino stamps and a set of unique prints you created!
Note: class attendees will also get 20% off any lino material purchases in the shop on the day of class!
(no purchase is necessary, all materials will be provided for the class)
