About Event

A two-day residential bootcamp for AI-first founders who want to build companies, not just products.

You've built the product.
Now, are you building the right company around it?

It has never been easier to build an AI product.

Turning one into a company that customers will pay for, trust, and keep using is a different challenge.

Many founders are still carrying forward the habits of the SaaS era, with AI added somewhere in the stack.

But building an AI-first company demands more than new features.

It changes how products are architected, how customers are onboarded, how value is delivered, and ultimately, how the business scales.

AIBoomi Bootcamp '26 | Chennai is a two-day residential bootcamp for founders building AI-first companies. Led by Ashwini Asokan and Anand Chandrasekaran, Co-founders of Mad Street Den, the bootcamp brings together 25 carefully selected startups for two days of working sessions, founder conversations, mentor time, and live product teardowns.

A room built for builders.

We’d like to begin with a promise.

There will be no keynote speeches to sit through, no endless slide decks, or one-way spectatorship in this bootcamp.

Just 25 startups spending two days with founders and operators who've built, shipped, sold, and deployed AI systems in the real world.

Together, we'll unpack the decisions that shape AI companies, from product architecture and deployment to GTM, customer trust, and commercialisation.

Led by builders who've done the work

Ashwini Asokan
Co-founder, Mad Street Den

Ashwini has spent years building applied AI systems across retail, BFSI, healthcare, government, and enterprise. Her experience comes from taking AI beyond prototypes and making it work reliably in complex customer environments.

Anand Chandrasekaran
Co-founder, Mad Street Den

Anand has built AI systems across the stack, from models and infrastructure to deployment and commercialisation. Across the bootcamp, he'll unpack the decisions, trade-offs, and failure points that often appear between a promising product and a scalable company.

Ashwin Ramaswamy
Co-founder & CEO, Moative

Ashwin has spent years building and scaling B2B software companies, from founding and exiting ContractIQ and PipeCandy to now leading Moative, where he works closely with mid-market businesses navigating AI transformation. Known for his deep customer obsession and hands-on approach to GTM, Ashwin brings practical lessons on finding early customers, validating demand, and building repeatable growth before a scalable sales motion exists.

Surendran Balachandran
VP of AI-Led Growth, Atlan

Surendran has been instrumental in shaping Atlan's growth journey over the last eight years and now leads AI-Led Growth across the company. Working at the intersection of product, marketing, and AI, he is rethinking how modern GTM teams attract, engage, and convert buyers in an increasingly noisy market. At Bootcamp, he'll share practical strategies for building inbound engines that create trust and help founders become the signal their buyers actually find.

Prem Kumar
Co-founder, Business and Growth, Revmaze

Alongside them, a small group of experienced founders will join the room to share honest lessons on winning customers, building repeatability, and navigating the challenges every AI startup eventually encounters.
