About Event

Switzerland has world-class science, clinical excellence, precision engineering, and a strong biotech innovation culture. China offers complementary capabilities in speed, scale, translational infrastructure, manufacturing, capital access, clinical development, and a rapidly evolving life sciences ecosystem.

This intimate roundtable explores how Swiss biotech ventures can engage with China in a thoughtful, strategic, and responsible way — not as a shortcut, but as a potential amplifier for R&D, venture building, clinical translation, manufacturing, financing, and market access.

Drawing on ATLATL’s model of integrated life sciences infrastructure — including lab-space-as-a-service, turnkey R&D solutions, on-site CRO support, cloud labs, and advanced technology platforms — the discussion will examine practical ways Swiss biotech companies can access China’s ecosystem while managing quality, IP, regulatory, governance, and geopolitical risks.

The session is designed for selected biotech founders, investors, and translational life science leaders. Participants will also have the opportunity to briefly introduce themselves through a short elevator pitch. The goal is to exchange practical insights on how Swiss innovation and China’s ecosystem capabilities can be combined responsibly and effectively to accelerate the path from breakthrough science to patient impact.
