AAF Pop-up 006 Opening Party

​You're cordially invited to the opening of the 6th edition of The Art of African Fashion pop-up, a vibrant retail experience featuring African-owned fashion brands. This year, AAF returns to Stockholm with a lineup of designers from Ghana, Nigeria, and The Gambia, alongside an expanded programme of styling sessions, talks, and workshops running throughout the pop-up and with a fashion week afterparty to close it all off, in partnership with WeDehCulture. Our goal, as ever, is to connect the stories and craftsmanship of each brand with a global audience, and to offer our guests a unique opportunity to shop the conversation-starting pieces right here in Stockholm. ​The Art of African Fashion (AAF) connects African and diaspora fashion designers with international markets through curated showcases and strategic market access programs. Since 2022, AAF has produced 5 pop-up events in Stockholm, Sweden. These showcases present collections through quality, innovation, and design perspective to promote local desire and appreciation of products Made in/by Africa(ns), and challenge the fashion industry's tendency to position African creativity as "ethnic" or "other".
