​Foundational #2: Skills, Connectors, and Memory.

​Wednesday, May 6 at 11 AM PT. 90 minutes live, co-hosted by Irfad Imtiaz (Director of Technology) and Aliza Rizvi (Client Success Manager).

​This is a Foundational Lab. If you're just starting out with Claude, you're in the right room. We begin at the beginning.

​What we cover:

​Cowork. The canvas. What it is, what it does, how to set it up so you're not fighting the tool.

​Projects. Anatomy of a Project. Custom Instructions, Knowledge, settings. Why everything in your firm should live inside one.

​CLAUDE.md. The file we built last week. Where it lives in your Project. How it grows over time as your firm adds Skills, decisions, workflows.

​Skills and Connectors. What each one is, when to use which, how they fit together. Connectors bring outside data in (Gmail, Drive). Skills are the named workflows your firm calls by name.

​Memory. Account-level Memory across every conversation you ever have with Claude, plus Project-level Memory inside one Project. How they differ. How to use both without leaking client data across matters.

​Build your own Skill. Live, before close. You walk out with one Skill installed in your firm's Project that you'll actually use the same week.

​Bring your laptop. We work hands-on the whole time. No spectating.
