Finding Flow: Foundations of Feng Shui
Finding Flow: Foundations of Feng Shui, Transform your space to transform your life
How can your space support your flow—not just at home, but in life?
In this immersive workshop, we’ll explore how to design your space to align with your energy and intentions. You'll reflect on what makes you feel most in flow, and how your environment can amplify that state to nourish other areas of your life.
Rooted in the ancient Chinese practice of Feng Shui, we’ll dive into the foundations of how qi—your life force energy—moves through space, and how the placement of objects, furniture, mirrors, and layout can either support or disrupt your energy. You’ll have the opportunity to reimagine one room in your home using Feng Shui principles and intentional design.
Our spaces are living reflections of our inner worlds. When we tend to them mindfully, we create environments that help us thrive season to season. Through intention, awareness, and simple design shifts, you can transform your environment into a source of harmony and inspiration—where your mind, body, spirit, and space are in balance.
"Your sacred space is where you can find yourself over and over again " — Joseph Campbell
Please bring a notebook and your preferred writing/sketching utensil.
This workshop is guided by Sharon Leung, a trained architect, educator, and founder of mindful design practice Be Shui (be water).
