About the artists:

Bijou Karman (b. 1992) is a fashion obsessed multi-disciplinary artist based in Los Angeles, whose practice seamlessly integrates painting, illustration, and graphic design. Her work has appeared internationally in a variety of printed formats, as well as in galleries, campaigns, and on buildings.

Molly Bounds (b. 1990) is a painter, printmaker and sometimes sculptor living in Los Angeles. Raised in Colorado, she received her BFA in printmaking in 2014 from Metropolitan State University. Through elongated postures and slanted light, Bounds explores the human relationship to agency, choice, and movement through ‘psychological portraiture’ primarily in oil, acrylic, and sometimes cast metal. Her work has been exhibited in Los Angeles, New York, Armory Fair and internationally most recently in Lisbon and Seoul. Her paintings and prints are increasingly used as book covers published by Editions Philippe Rey, Bloomsbury Publishing, and Penguin Random House.

Hannah Motzel Brown (b. 1994, MN) Graduated from Minneapolis College of Art and Design in 2016, studying illustration. Working primarily with graphite, her drawings are an introspective analysis of domesticity and the natural world, observing a space between realism and fantasy.
