Designed by Aunt Studio, Café Tondo preserves the layered history of its Chinatown site—previously a French bar, acupuncture clinic, and mechanic shop. Instead of erasing the past, Mouthwash and Aunt embrace it. Original scuffed floors, painted brick, and exposed ceilings remain, while new elements such as custom furniture from OMBIA quietly connect the space.
