Blue : Open Call @ Winston's
Blue has been loved and revered for millennia. It transmutes itself across cultures, visuals, and languages - both ubiquitous and rarefied all at the same time. Blue is simultaneously a clear sky, clean water, precious jewels, and deadly poison. The works in this show are related by their use of blue, but otherwise are as unique and varied as the color itself.
This is your official invite to celebrate the hue that is blue, and we encourage you to lean in! Please consider wearing something blue, whether it’s a tailored gown, a neon hair clip, cobalt clogs, or a Canadian Tux; we’ll look forward to welcoming you into the fold. Come on in, the water’s warm ;)
