Human intelligence vs Artificial Intelligence: Who Leads?

​I would like to plan a 1h session for leaders, entrepreneurs, raising the hot debate about AI & humans, as well as the fear that "AI will replace humans". I believe in empowering humans with their own emotional intelligence, and in the age of AI it is more important than ever to grow the courage of one's own emotions. My session will be inspiring, I will give them practical tools & exercises.

​Here is a suggested description / Details: AI can calculate, predict, and optimize—but it can’t feel fear, doubt, or courage. In this session, we confront what real leadership looks like in a world where technology is evolving faster than ever.

​We’ll explore:

• ​Why emotional courage is the skill no algorithm can replicate—and why it’s essential for leaders who want to stay human in a machine-driven world.

• ​What true human intelligence really means—beyond IQ, data, or efficiency.

• ​The AI vs EI debate—where technology complements us, and where it will never replace the nuance of human feeling, intuition, and moral choice.

• ​Practical exercises for the audience—tools to strengthen presence, act boldly, and navigate uncertainty with confidence.

​This isn’t a lecture. You’ll move, reflect, discuss, and practice leadership in ways no AI can simulate. By the end, you’ll walk away with tangible strategies to lead with heart, make courageous decisions, and bring humanity back into your work.
