About Ilaria:
Ilaria Del Bono is the founder of the International Creative Review 2026, an ongoing international award dedicated to discovering and promoting emerging and established creatives across disciplines, including design, photography, visual arts, and contemporary creative practice.
With an international background spanning Europe, the Middle East, and the United States, her work brings together creativity, cultural exchange, and global visibility opportunities through curated initiatives and international collaborations.
Throughout her career, she has worked across talent development, operations, sales coaching, and international business development, collaborating with brands including Liu Jo Milano, Etro Milano, Poltrona Frau, Victoria’s Secret, and MAC Cosmetics. She previously served as VP of Operations in the United States, further strengthening her experience in international leadership and cross-cultural project development.
