Building AI Agents for Founders and Fractional Leaders — Live Workshop in Boston
Walk in with the tools you already use. Walk out with a working operational system built from your own processes.
A two-hour working session. Connect a tool you already use, map your processes with the Space Architect, and set up the agents that run them.
Format
In-person, hands-on. Hosted by Nikolay Vyahhi.
Who this is for
Founders of small operating businesses where most of the work still routes through them. Fractional COOs, fractional sales, and fractional ops professionals working across multiple clients. Ops leads at small and mid-size companies. Sales professionals managing high volume.
The format assumes you already have processes that exist in some form. Theona is built to map and automate work that already happens, not to design operations from scratch.
What happens during the session
Each participant logs and connects one service where most of their work lives. Examples include Notion, Slack, HubSpot, Linear, Gmail, or meeting recordings. One tool is enough to give the Architect context.
You will create a Space, named after a business function or a specific client, and describe their process to the Architect in their own words.
What you leave with
A Space containing your processes. Agent stubs across the workflow. One agent set up and running. For fractional roles, the agents built during the session can later be handed to clients as part of a delivered operational layer.
