​The Web3 Ethiopia University Tour is coming to Addis Ababa Science and Technology University (ASTU) with a hands-on Blockchain Workshop designed specifically for students.

​This session aims to introduce students to blockchain and Web3 with clarity, practical exposure, and real pathways into the global Web3 ecosystem — whether you’re technical or non-technical.

​What you’ll learn (no prior experience needed):

• ​Blockchain basics and core concepts

• ​Web3 fundamentals

• ​Real-world use cases of blockchain technology

• ​How to build and deploy a simple smart contract

• ​Technical and non-technical roles in the Web3 ecosystem
