Mind the Founder: Mental Health in Entrepreneurship and as a Driver for Innovation
Building a startup is exciting, but it also takes a toll. Long hours, uncertainty and constant pressure make mental health one of the most underestimated challenges for founders.
At the same time, mental health is one of the biggest untapped opportunities in health innovation. Globally, around one in eight people live with a mental disorder and yet on average countries only invest 2% of their health care budgets to mental health*. This gap between need and available solutions is exactly where startups can make a difference.
Join Vision Health Pioneers for an afternoon on both sides of the topic: how founders can take care of their own wellbeing, and how startups are building solutions for better healthcare.
