Match Day: Where Startups Hire PM, GTM & AI Talent
Twenty-five startups are hiring. You get face time with the ones that fit.
Job boards are broken. You send fifty applications into the void; startups drown in a thousand resumes generated in one click. Meanwhile the actual match, a founder who needs exactly what you do, takes fifteen minutes of real conversation.
Match Day is that conversation, at scale. One afternoon, 25+ venture-backed startups, and a schedule of pre-matched 1:1 conversations built around your background and their open roles. No booth crawling, no resume tossing. You walk in with appointments.
How it works:
Apply with your background and what you're looking for
Get matched. Startups review profiles, you review roles, mutual interest becomes a meeting
Show up. Your schedule of 1:1 conversations is ready when you arrive, 10 minutes each
Follow up. Mutual-interest lists exchanged within 48 hours after the event
Who's hiring:
25+ startups, seed to Series B, venture-backed, hiring now for:
Product: PM, product ops, founding product roles
GTM: sales, marketing, growth, partnerships, founding GTM roles
AI Engineering: ML, LLM application, infra, full-stack AI roles
Who should apply:
You've shipped, sold, or built. You want a startup, not a big company with a startup slide deck. Applications are reviewed: every attendee is someone a founder would want to meet, which is exactly why founders show up.
Schedule:
1:00 PM: Check-in, schedules distributed
1:30 PM: Lightning round: every startup, 60 seconds, what they're building and who they need
2:15 PM: Matching rounds begin (10-minute 1:1s, breaks built in)
5:15 PM: Open floor: walk-up conversations, wildcard meetings
6:00 PM: Wrap
Cost: Free for talent. Always will be.
