Format:
First 30 minutes will be intros 👋, second 30 minutes are a moderated group discussion 💡.
Each person will briefly share (keep to <5 min) ⏰:

Company (what the business does, company size, and current hiring volume)
Current challenges &/or questions for the group
During the 2nd half, Lexi will moderate a “popcorn-style 🍿” discussion around the areas of interest shared during intros.
Notes, tools, and prompts mentioned will be circulated afterwards in Slack 💬.
