Breathwork for Burnout
Breathwork for Burnout: A Nervous System Reset
In a time of ongoing change, disruption, and uncertainty, many people are feeling unsettled; carrying stress not only from their personal lives, but from the broader world around them. This session offers a steadying pause, a guided breathwork experience designed to help regulate the nervous system, release accumulated tension, and reconnect with clarity and internal ground.
After years in a high-pressure creative leadership role, Amanda experienced her own deep burnout; a turning point that led her to the restorative power of breath. What began as a personal practice for nervous-system regulation became a pathway back to balance, presence, and self-trust. Through guided intention-setting, gentle movement, and conscious breathing, participants will explore how to shift the body out of chronic stress responses and into a state of calm, coherence, and grounded awareness. This is an accessible, embodied practice that supports nervous-system recovery, emotional release, and renewed aliveness - without force or fixing.
No prior experience is necessary. Come as you are, ready to breathe, feel, and reset.

Led By: Amanda Persky
Amanda Persky helps people come back to themselves. Through breathwork, creativity, and presence, she creates grounded spaces where clarity, regulation, and inner trust can return. With a background in design and creative leadership, Amanda understands burnout not as a personal failure, but as a signal from the body asking to be heard.
Her work supports people in slowing down, reconnecting with their breath, and remembering their own inner authority. She facilitates breathwork as a practice of recognition; not to fix or force change, but to create the conditions for safety, insight, and embodied clarity. Amanda has trained in breathwork and energy-based practices, including Soma Breath, Revelation Breathwork, and Shamanic Fire Reiki, and integrates these modalities intuitively in service of nervous-system support and self-trust.
Her work continues to evolve through ongoing study and apprenticeship in embodied, heart-centered practices. You can connect with Amanda and her creative work at
