That spirit is worth protecting, and right now it's worth actively building.

​What does the Ruby community need to thrive over the next decade, and what's standing in the way?*

Where governance and trust are missing, where newcomers are falling through the cracks, where the tools and infrastructure we depend on need reinvestment, and where our community could be more resilient and more ours. Then we'll talk about what real next steps look like, starting now.
