AI Bridge & Friends 2026 Winter Edition (Vol 6)

​The circle gathers again just before 2026 wraps up: one evening, real conversations, and one topic we dig into together.

​Same idea as always: meaningful conversations with the people around AI Bridge, friends, collaborators, and a few sharp new faces. If you’re reading this, you’re in the circle.

​The topic for this edition is:

​What happens to the junior roles?

​In Switzerland, entry-level positions in AI-exposed office jobs have already dropped by roughly a third. If agents now do the research, first drafts and analyses that juniors used to learn on, where will the next generation of seniors come from?

​We plan this as an interactive session, if you have ideas how to contribute, reach out to us.
