fwb does not offer refunds or credits for cancellations or no shows. We do offer credits when a guest needs to cancel due to illness or injury and lets us know within 4 hours of an event. Please plan accordingly!

fwb offers the option for a refund if an event is cancelled or rescheduled by fwb or our partners. Please email us to a request a refund within 7 days of an event cancellation, otherwise you will automatically receive an event credit.
