Paubox Kahikina Scholarship Panel + Social Mixer
The Paubox Kahikina Scholarship Panel + Social Mixer brings together scholarship recipients and the local tech community for an avid discussion on economic development.
Now in its seventh year, the mission of the Paubox Kahikina Scholarship is to encourage Native Hawaiians to pursue careers in STEM or technology in general.
The scholarship is recurring in nature. In other words, recipients receive $1,000 per year until they graduate.
As of today, the Paubox Kahikina Scholarship has awarded $154,000 to 62 recipients.
The event will feature a fireside chat with Hoala Greevy, Founder CEO of Paubox, and five scholarship recipients:
Austin Cataluna - University of Hawaii at Manoa, Mechanical Engineering
Koa Chang - Stanford University, Computer Science
Grant Lau - Stanford University, Data Science
Logan Lau - Stanford University, Management Science & Engineering, Data Science
Gabbie Nakamatsu - Santa Clara University, Biology and Neuroscience majors, Japanese Studies and Biotechnology minors
There will be a social mixer afterwards where attendees can network.
Paubox is also inviting all of its Hawaii-based customers, prospects, and scholarship recipients.
Come be a part of the future.
