Way to Tech: Journey & Insights is an informal evening conversation bringing together tech leaders from the industry to share real career paths, lessons learned, and practical insights into navigating a career in tech.
As research from MIT, Stanford, and the OECD shows that 40–50% of tasks typically performed in entry-level tech roles are already automatable with AI, and that junior positions are among the most exposed to role compression and displacement, creating space for lived experience, transparent career paths, and open dialogue is more important than ever. Way to tech is ensuring that next-gen tech leaders can build meaningful careers in a rapidly changing industry.
Through personal stories and open discussion, our speakers will reflect on key decisions, challenges, and moments that shaped their journeys, offering honest perspectives beyond polished success stories.
This session is designed to create space for exchange, questions, and connection in a relaxed setting, followed by informal networking.
