✨ Astghik Malkhasyan
An experienced iHR Director with over a decade in the IT and innovation sector, Astghik focuses on building efficient systems and supporting organizational growth. She has scaled a team from 30 to 100 employees in just one year and is the author of an HRM training course designed to develop practical and strategic HR skills.
