CultureCon Encore: Build Your Chief of Staff and Content Manager AI Agents

​This one is for the CultureCon creatives who couldn’t get a seat at my Braindate table, and for anyone who was there and wants to build it again.

​You build two AI agents with me, live. Your Chief of Staff works with your inbox and calendar and drafts your replies. It never sends one. Your Content Manager takes one piece of content you already made and turns it into a week of drafts. It never posts anything. By the end of this session, both will be running.

​Pick your lane when you register: photographer, musician, designer, writer, or content creator. The examples follow your lane.

​Bring one piece of content you already made: a video, a post, a chapter, a song.

​What to do before the session:

​Come on a laptop or desktop, charged. The platform does not work on a phone or tablet.

​Be on time. We start right at the top of the hour. Every step builds on the one before it, so if you miss the first five minutes you’ll be catching up the whole time. If you’re running late, let me know and I’ll send you an invite to the next session instead.

​Hold the full hour. I don’t record these. After the build, I stay on for Q&A. Bring your questions.
