​After @sabairunclub.bkk's weekly Sabai Sunday Run (free to join - as always!), we're cooling things down... literally.

​Welcome to The Big Chill Ice Bath & Sauna Club, a social rooftop recovery hangout featuring ice baths, hot tubs, and a big sauna sesh - all accompanied by coconuts, coffee, and good humans of Bangkok.

​Made for warm humans that don't really like Ice Baths (or have never tried!)

​📅 Date: Sunday, 1st March 2026
🏃‍♂️ Sabai Sunday Run: 7:15AM start (FREE) at Benjakitti Park
🧊 The Big Chill: 10:00AM - 2PM (ticket required)
📍 Location: Ice House Rooftop Baths by @theicehouse.co
🎟️ Tickets: 390 baht (incl. entry fee + access to all facilities)
🍹 Food & Drinks: Available for purchase, by The Fig Lobby
🚗 Parking: Available at Rompo Mansion only, right next door! (Free for the first 4 hours, 20 baht per hour after)

​🧡 Things to Know

​Beginner-friendly Guided Group Sessions:

• ​‼️ Please arrive early to your chosen wave time to ensure a smooth flow and transition between Ice Baths, Hot Tub, and Sauna‼️

• ​⏰ Wave 1 - 10:30AM start

• ​⏰ Wave 2 - 11:15AM start

• ​⏰ Wave 3 - 12:00PM start

• ​Colour-coded wristbands will be provided upon entry.

​Check-in:

• ​🎟️ Registration opens at 10AM to ALL on the Ground Floor of Fig Lobby Hotel.

  • ​Come soak up the rooftop sunshine and vibes before Ice Bathing at your chosen time slot. Grab brekkie or a coconut, and say hi to someone new before some fun Contrast Therapy!

• ​🎟️ Arriving after 11AM? Check-in UPSTAIRS on the 6th Floor.
