With a career that bridges fashion buying at Macy’s and leading Marketing & Creative for Tender Greens, Mary brings a rare mix of rigorous strategy and elevated taste. She partners with founders who are already successful but stretched thin, helping them replace chaotic, reactive marketing with clear systems that drive predictable growth.

Rather than “doing marketing,” she architects it—aligning brand, customer experience, and revenue so founders can stop playing CMO and get back to leading.

She also hosts the Tradition Breakers podcast, where she interviews Asian American leaders and creators who build boldly and break expectations.

Based in Venice, CA, Mary’s work is informed by culture, community, and the messy, beautiful reality of being a mother, founder, and creative strategist at once.
