On March 16, Voices of Emergence welcomes Tom Mansfield, founder of Pale Blue and creator of Cards for Life - a simple yet powerful tool designed to spark deeper conversations, surface hidden assumptions, and help groups think more clearly together.
In this interactive session, we will explore how structured dialogue and carefully crafted prompts can open unexpected pathways of reflection - individually and collectively. Cards for Life invites us to slow down, listen differently, and engage complexity with curiosity rather than certainty.
This gathering is not about finding the right answers.
It is about practicing better questions.
Together, we will explore:
How dialogue facilitates regeneration
How language shapes perception and collective intelligence
How can we move from reactive conversations to thoughtful inquiry
What becomes possible when we create space for deeper listening
As always, this circle will be gently facilitated. You are welcome to participate actively or simply witness what unfolds. No preparation is required, only presence.

About Tom Mansfield
Tom Mansfield is a coach, consultant, and founder of Pale Blue Perspective and We are Gaia — a global association of stewards for regenerative leadership and planetary health. Creator of Cards for Life, a living systems toolkit being translated into 12 languages, he works with an active community of 310 practitioners and has trained more than 200 people in the Thinking like Gaia facilitation method. His consulting spans organisations from supercomputing to wildlife conservation. Former faculty member at the Bio-Leadership Project and contributor to the Regenerators Academy, he continues to learn in reciprocity with other life-centred leadership initiatives.
