Part 1 focused on identifying relevant job opportunities available online based on your skills and current CV. We then worked on optimizing CVs and cover letters for specific roles, supported by a detailed metric-based report that assessed alignment and suitability between each job and your profile.
Part 2, a 2 hour session, focuses on accessing the hidden job market: companies where proactive outreach and unsolicited applications make sense due to recent growth or funding activity. This section also covers identifying and optimizing leads for the job search followed by how to systematically automate network expansion (identifying people on LinkedIn, reaching out to them with the right messages and aligning that with the job search strategy).
